How do I place an order?
Use the product menu or search to find the item you are looking for. After selecting your item be sure to check the Compatible Vehicles tab to ensure if it is suitable for your vehicle. When you finish shopping simply go to checkout and follow the process to choose your shipping and payment methods.Once you have confirmed your order your item will be sent out to you ASAP.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Call us on 01246 455 005 and talk to one of our team today. We’re available to take your order between 9am and 6pm Monday – Friday and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. If you make an account with us you will also be able to check the status of your orders on your account page.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If you create an account with us you will be able to check the status of your order. You would usually be informed of any delays, but if the order has gone past the ETA and you have not heard from us, then please don’t hesitate to call on 01246 455005.
Can I amend my order after I've placed it?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wish to amend your order please contact us straight away and we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving it. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel it please contact us as soon as possible, if however the item has been despatched and you still wish to cancel, you would need to return it in an unopened condition.
I've canceled my order. When will my money be available again?
We’ll return your money within 10 working days.
I've received a faulty item. What should I do?
We aim to rectify any issues with faulty items as quickly as we can. Please contact us with the order details and if possible pictures of any faults. Once processed a member of our team will get back to you ASAP to help.
I've received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?
We aim to rectify issues with incorrect items as quickly as we can. If one of the items received isn’t what you ordered please get in touch with your order number.
I'm missing an item from my order. What should I do?
If an item is missing please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can I place an order for business/can I bulk order?
Yes, please contact us and a member of our team will be able to advise.
